The Sanibel Captiva Trust Company is an independent Florida state-chartered trust company with seven offices and over 60 employees, providing Family Office and Wealth Management Services, including investment management, trust administration and financial counsel to high-net-worth individuals, families, businesses, foundations and endowments.

Hanser, Founder and Chairman of The Trust Company. “Friends and neighbors were our first clients, and now we take care of some 500 families companywide. So often clients tell us they can relax knowing their financial plan is in place and that we are watching over their investments as well as their overall estate plan. They know we’re going to take care of them. Whatever comes, even things beyond their wealth management needs, we’ll be there to help.” For example, our employees helped secure hotel rooms for clients during Hurricane Ian and temporary residences after the storm.
The Trust Company has grown substantially over the last few years to better serve clients, expanding existing offices or moving to new, larger spaces across the company footprint of Sanibel, Fort Myers, Naples, Tampa, Tarpon Springs and Belleair Bluffs. Earlier this year, we opened our new Fort Myers Office at Bell Tower off Daniels Parkway and welcomed clients to our beautiful new Sanibel-Captiva office on Periwinkle Way.
