On Sunday, December 8th from 3 to 5:30 p.m., 45 golf carts initially gathered for judging by 3 Waterside employees. The winning carts are pictured in this article.
First place went to Candyland by Janie Collins, second went to North Pole by Rita and Jake Keltner, and third went to Snowmen by Mike and Kathy Needler.
Then we toured the various communities here in Gulf Harbour, stopping to sing some carols in a rowdy way! Our accordion accompanist for the last 6 years, Bruno Glavich, is moving away so we honored him for his smiling leadership at each stop. There were many opportunities for cookies, and an assortment of beverages and we were all tuckered out by the end which culminated in Marblehead Manor which provided sandwiches and cakes in addition to the aforementioned fare.
